IT Global Security Operations & Exposure Management Lead

This hands-on operational leadership role is responsible for building and running a scalable global security operations capability, reporting directly to the CISO. The position owns the effectiveness of security monitoring, incident response, detection engineering, and exposure management to protect intellectual property and ensure manufacturing uptime. The role involves leading internal staff, partnering with cross-functional teams, and strengthening security across legacy, cloud, and operational environments.
