IT Governance Manager

This role operates directly under the IT Manager to oversee IT Governance processes for UnipolPay, managing the area's budget, monitoring technology vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly the DORA framework. The position involves planning IT budgets, managing ICT vendor contracts, defining KPIs and SLAs, and supporting audit and assessment activities. It also includes maintaining ITSM processes and assisting in the evolution of AI Governance within the Unipol Group.
