IT Help Desk Support Specialist

MedCare Pediatric is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support, maintain reliable technology operations, and deliver an excellent employee technology experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT support, manages user access and equipment, supports employee onboarding/offboarding, and assists with technology systems including computers, Microsoft 365, networking, and physical security systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, customer-focused IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes, and helping employees work efficiently.
