LISCR
The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support for end users, workstations, printers, mobile devices, business applications, and network connectivity. This role requires a calm, service-oriented approach to prioritize competing requests, document troubleshooting steps, and share knowledge with the IT team.
