IT Help Desk

This is an intermediate, full-time on-site position responsible for performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities for end-user computing environments, including PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers. The role involves providing desk-side support to clients, managing VIPs, and executing Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities. The position requires maintaining OEM certifications and adhering to ITIL methodologies to ensure high customer service satisfaction levels.
