IT Helpdesk Technician

The IT Helpdesk Technician provides initial technical assistance to enterprise computer and technology users via telephone or email for break/fix resolution or escalation to IT support staff. The role ensures quality systems operations across the casino, coordinates IT department workflow, and maintains effective communication with all levels of system users. The position requires maintaining a working knowledge of Microsoft administrative tools and contacting vendors for software, hardware, or phone issues as needed.
