About this role

Multiverse seeks an IT Implementation Lead to own end-to-end delivery of critical cross-functional technical programmes, such as identity platform consolidation and security rollouts. This role acts as a steady hand translating complexity into outcomes, coordinating specialists and vendors while ensuring compliance and audit readiness from the start. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology, the lead bridges technical delivery with business stakeholders across Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery
Coordinate technical specialists, vendors, and implementation partners
Own ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus compliance work streams
Build compliance into delivery to ensure secure and evidenced outcomes
Act as a bridge between technical delivery and senior business stakeholders
