The IT Infrastructure Analyst provides hands‑on operational support for REHAB’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for patients, staff, and providers. The role serves as an escalation point from the Help Desk, monitors systems, responds to incidents, and supports routine maintenance and documentation.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain on-premises infrastructure systems
Monitor system health and respond to alerts
Assist with routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades
Serve as escalation point for Help Desk tickets
Provide Help Desk support and user onboarding
