IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Tier 1 & 2

The IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Tier 1 & 2 provides technical support across the EMEA North Cluster, covering Service Desk, Site Support, and Infrastructure Run activities. This role combines first-line user support with second-line technical and infrastructure support to ensure incidents and service requests are handled effectively in line with agreed SLAs and ITIL practices. The position requires collaboration with global IT teams to maintain infrastructure services, manage IT assets, and support continuous service improvement.
