This internship role provides hands-on technical and administrative support across Service Desk, Networking, and Server Operations teams. Interns will assist with end-user troubleshooting, infrastructure tasks, asset management, and documentation while gaining exposure to enterprise systems. Responsibilities

Support Service Desk team with ticket intake and issue resolution
Assist with configuring and deploying IT equipment including desktops and mobile devices
Manage inventory tracking, hardware staging, and equipment audits
Maintain technical procedures and document IT standards and support processes
Execute workstation setup, relocation, and technology refresh projects
