IT Internal Support Supervisor

This role leads and manages the internal support team to provide comprehensive second-line support for client-side issues, including problem resolution, deployments, upgrades, and server maintenance. The position involves overseeing end-to-end support services, maintaining SLAs, and driving technical innovation through automation and new deployment tools. Additionally, the supervisor manages client-side projects and fosters team development within the Infrastructure & Operations department.
