About this role

The IT Lead Developer, SAP Solutions provides hands-on technical leadership for SAP custom development and enhancements supporting the Finance and Accounting Reinvention program. This role leads ABAP development activities across design, build, testing, and deployment to deliver a modern SAP S/4HANA-based finance platform. The position involves collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions aligned with clean-core principles.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP ABAP development activities for the FAR program across SAP S/4HANA Finance
Provide technical leadership for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
Partner with SAP functional leads and solution architects to translate requirements into technical designs

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
