IT Lead

The IT Lead serves as the senior technical point of contact for IT across U.S. sites, acting as the escalation point for Level 2 technical issues and personally resolving complex infrastructure, network, and end-user computing problems. This hands-on role involves administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity services while establishing security standards and leading the integration of AI tools across the organization. The position requires managing IT projects, migrations, and vendor relationships to build a standalone, resilient IT function.
