IT Learning & User Experience Specialist

Foley Hoag is seeking an IT Learning & User Experience Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs and digital learning content that drive technology adoption and improve user satisfaction. This hybrid role involves creating interactive e-learning assets, leading onboarding training, and collaborating with IT leadership to align training strategies with business goals. The position requires in-office presence in the Boston or New York office at least three days per week.
