The IT Manager – SAP Delivery Lead provides day-to-day execution leadership for the Finance and Accounting Reinvention program, a business transformation initiative focused on modernizing finance and accounting processes and implementing SAP S/4HANA. This role serves as the primary IT delivery leader responsible for aligning business, technology, and vendor teams around a single execution plan to drive a large, multi-year transformation program. The position requires strong delivery discipline, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership to translate strategic business outcomes into coordinated program execution.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT delivery execution for the Finance and Accounting Reinvention program
Drive execution across Agile Release Trains and multi-year transformation workstreams
Manage vendor delivery and maintain governance disciplines for program milestones
