IT Manager

The IT Manager leads the local IT department, directing day-to-day IT policy, stability, support, and continuous improvement of technology services. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with supplier management, coaching IT colleagues, and partnering with Group Technology and site leadership. A core objective is to maintain an operational overview of business processes and reduce key-person dependency by documenting knowledge of critical systems like the Xelion ERP environment.
