IT Manager

The IT Manager leads the IT Program and Project Management function within the PMO, ensuring consistent execution of project management standards, governance, and delivery practices across the organization. This role oversees Program and Project Managers responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, including the SDLC. The position involves establishing PMO standards, managing project health and reporting, and providing leadership to drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability and accountability.
