The IT Network Infrastructure Engineering team designs and builds critical infrastructure to support the functionality and growth of the spaceport city of Starbase, Texas. This role focuses on the design, documentation, and coordination of outside plant fiber optic infrastructure, ensuring accurate construction drawings and GIS data. The position supports the company's mission to make life multiplanetary by maintaining reliable networking systems across various facilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and revise OSP fiber design drawings and conduit layouts in AutoCAD
Create and maintain GIS-based route maps and spatial data for fiber pathways
Coordinate with construction teams and utilities on design changes and as-built updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or other STEM discipline
