IT Office Support Engineer

As an IT Office Support Engineer at Humanoid, you will serve as the primary IT presence in the Boston office, ensuring reliable technology experiences for engineers and operational staff. You will manage endpoint setup and enrollment across Windows, macOS, and Linux, lead the rollout of MDM tooling, and handle hardware procurement and asset management. Additionally, you will maintain AV systems, support basic networking tasks, and contribute to building scalable IT infrastructure foundations.
