IT Onsite Specialist

The IT Onsite Specialist provides hands-on Level 2 IT support at assigned business locations, serving as the local extension of Global IT teams. The role is responsible for resolving technical issues that require physical presence, maintaining site technology and operational readiness, managing IT assets, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding. This position also provides hands-on assistance to Network, Platform, Security, and Workplace teams and coordinates with remote teams and external vendors when additional support is required.
