The IT Operations Analyst serves as a central hub for enabling strong operational and financial management across the IT organization, focusing on core IT financial planning, forecasting, and spend management. This role manages day-to-day vendor relationships and contract administration activities to ensure work is delivered as expected. The position requires partnering effectively with IT leaders, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendors to drive transparency and process improvements.
