IT Operations and Support Coordinator

This role serves as the internal IT operations and support coordination hub, ensuring day-to-day technology needs, user support, and system administration tasks are completed accurately. Acting as a bridge between internal departments and outsourced IT partners, the position drives accountability, escalation management, and operational continuity across the business. The role is responsible for ticket oversight, security and licensing reviews, user account administration, and vendor coordination to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.
