IT Operations & Applications Administrator

Kymanox is seeking an IT Operations & Applications Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the technology that powers its business, primarily focusing on internal application support and administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, device, and workplace technology environments. The role involves managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, coordinating support, testing application changes, and improving IT processes and documentation. The successful candidate will report to IT leadership and collaborate with internal technical resources, business stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers.
