IT Operations & CMDB Analyst

The IT Operations & CMDB Analyst ensures the integrity and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB while supporting IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. The role maintains accurate configuration data, supports Discovery and Service Mapping, and coordinates CMDB governance to enable reliable Incident, Change, Problem, and Event Management processes. Additionally, the analyst participates in Major Incident Management by providing operational coordination during critical incidents, including after-hours on-call coverage.
