Qualifications
- Degree in IT / Computer Engineering
- 7-8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience deploying IT infrastructure and services in a large manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Structured Cabling, Network Architecture / Technologies (LAN/WAN/Cloud)
- Proficient in setting up and managing LAN/WAN networks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Autopilot, VMware, Cisco IOS
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
- Ability to write and use scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes
