IT Operations Engineer

The IT Operations Engineer will build and maintain the operational backbone of the business by owning and improving the technology environment that supports people, systems, and workflows. This role focuses on ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient while partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience. The position supports Stake's growth by establishing scalable onboarding, offboarding, and device lifecycle processes within a hybrid work model.
