This role serves as the primary technical owner for internal endpoint and identity systems, managing tools and policies to provision users, secure access, and automate workflows across the employee technology environment. The position involves designing and administering identity lifecycle services in Okta, engineering endpoint-management workflows for Windows, macOS, and Linux, and building automation to reduce repetitive operational work. The engineer acts as a technical escalation point for incidents and supports adjacent SaaS administration to ensure reliability and compliance.
