IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Manager leads day-to-day operational leadership of IT services for Kinrise, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, identity, service desk, endpoint management, vendor performance, and operational security controls. Reporting to the Head of IT, the role oversees multi‑site teams, vendor relationships, and the operational risk landscape while supporting over 700 users across manufacturing and corporate environments.
