About this role

The IT Portfolio Manager oversees demand management, capacity planning, and financial governance for assigned IT portfolios to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities. This role acts as the single source of truth for portfolio health, partnering with IT and business leaders to drive informed prioritization and trade-off decisions. Additionally, the manager leads the implementation of enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and establishes standards for resource utilization and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio-level demand intake, evaluation, and prioritization forums
Manage portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization
Maintain capacity models and perform demand versus capacity analysis
Drive adoption of enterprise PPM tools and establish planning standards
Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic prioritization decisions
