This role focuses on sourcing and purchasing IT outsourcing services, including system development, quality assurance, and project management office services, for the Rakuten Group. The position involves managing the full procurement lifecycle from clarifying internal requirements and selecting suppliers to negotiating terms and handling contract administration. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and risk while ensuring compliance with governance policies.
