IT Project Manager II (NS)

The Digital Foundation unit is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high visibility enterprise IT initiatives that support shared platforms and services across the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. This role involves driving projects from initiation through closure while managing scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications for cross-divisional technology efforts.
