The IT Purchasing Analyst supports IT procurement, vendor management, and cost governance activities across the organization. This role contributes to cost optimization initiatives, maintains audit-ready documentation, and helps strengthen IT procurement processes and governance. The position is a one-year term based in Calgary, Alberta.
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the provincial regulator responsible for administering Alberta’s securities laws and overseeing the province’s capital markets. It registers and supervises market participants and firms, reviews corporate and disclosure filings (including via systems like SEDAR+), and develops policy to promote fair, efficient and transparent markets. The ASC also enforces compliance, handles investigations and hearings, and provides investor protection and education tools (such as Checkfirst and public registrant lists) to help investors and businesses meet regulatory obligations.
