The IT Security & Compliance Specialist II serves as a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Specialist within the Enterprise Security Risk Management Office (ESRMO) at the N.C. Department of Information Technology. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining the statewide Business Continuity Management program, including program frameworks, policy administration, and coordination with executive branch agencies. The position provides statewide leadership and expert guidance on continuity, disaster recovery, and enterprise IT risk tools and practices.
