IT Security Lead

The IT Security Lead at Ruby Labs is responsible for designing and implementing the corporate identity and access management (IAM) and operations security infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring robust security measures without hindering workflow efficiency. This role involves developing security policies, managing access provisioning workflows, and administering security tools, particularly within Google Workspace. Additionally, the IT Security Lead establishes IT security operations best practices, conducts assessments, and advises leadership on security risks and compliance requirements.
