IT Security Lead

The IT Security Lead at Ruby Labs is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the corporate IAM and security infrastructure, prioritizing automation for seamless operation while ensuring robust safeguards. This role involves establishing security policies and protocols, managing user provisioning and access controls across multiple platforms, and overseeing Google Workspace security configurations. The IT Security Lead will also conduct security assessments, define metrics for security performance, and develop disaster recovery plans, collaborating closely with leadership on compliance and risk management strategies.
