IT Security Lead

The IT Security Lead at Ruby Labs is responsible for designing and implementing the corporate IAM and operations security infrastructure from scratch, focusing on automation and seamless user experience. This role includes developing security policies, managing user provisioning workflows, administering Google Workspace security, and establishing best practices for IT security operations. Additionally, the IT Security Lead will conduct security assessments, maintain documentation, and advise leadership on risk management and compliance. Requirements include extensive experience in IT security engineering, IAM knowledge, and proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
