IT Security Lead

The IT Security Lead at Ruby Labs is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the corporate IAM and security infrastructure. This role focuses on developing security policies, deploying security tools, and ensuring compliance across all endpoints, notably using Google Workspace. The Lead will also automate user access workflows, conduct security assessments, and establish best practices in security operations while collaborating with leadership on risk management and compliance strategies.
