IT Security Lead

The IT Security Lead at Ruby Labs is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) and operations security infrastructure. This role involves automation of security processes, development of security policies, and administration of Google Workspace security configurations. The IT Security Lead will also establish security operations best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and advise leadership on compliance and security risks, all while ensuring a seamless and secure working environment for the organization.
