This role oversees the end-to-end incident lifecycle, including monitoring, triage, escalation, and post-incident review, ensuring effective and auditable security operations. The position coordinates cross-functional efforts with IT Security and business stakeholders to manage high-severity incidents and drive continuous improvement in Blue Team capabilities.
