IT & Security Officer

KAST is seeking an experienced, Brazil-based IT & Security Officer to serve as the statutory officer responsible for cybersecurity governance and regulatory accountability before the Central Bank of Brazil. The role involves ensuring technology, cloud, and security frameworks comply with local mandates, bridging IT governance, risk management, and compliance while maintaining technical depth to challenge specialists and vendors. This position requires overseeing policy governance, incident response, third-party risk management, and delivering actionable reporting to the executive committee and board. The ideal candidate will lead audit responses and direct company-wide security training programs to embed a robust risk-awareness culture across all Brazilian operations.
