The IT Senior Project Manager – M&A Technology leads technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations from due diligence through post-close integration. The role ensures scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk are actively managed across IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, systems and data integration, infrastructure and security consolidation, and application rationalization. The position requires partnering with cross-functional teams to align technology integration plans with deal objectives and transition acquired entities successfully to operations.
