IT Service Center Intern

This full-time, 11-week internship offers an opportunity to work as the first point of contact for employees requiring technical support via phone, walk-up, email, and self-service portal. The role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and associated peripherals while resolving user technology issues. Interns will collaborate with the IT department to support end users both on-site and remotely, documenting and actively resolving help requests.
