About this role
The IT Service and Support Manager is the service owner for End-User Computing and Service Desk functions at EMBL-EBI, responsible for improving the Digital Employee Experience and ensuring staff have the tools to perform world-class science. The role leads a team of IT professionals and contributes to enterprise IT strategy and ITSM governance across the organisation. It includes oversight of front-line support for enterprise SaaS/cloud applications and collaboration with other EMBL sites.
