IT Service Technician

The IT Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for Windows-based computers and servers at a client location in Evansville, IN. This on-site role provides user assistance, training, and on-call support while managing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and telecommunications systems. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain and document all service activities.
