About this role
The IT Site Manager is responsible for the effective delivery and continuous improvement of IT workplace support services across one or more sites within a region. The role oversees a local team of Workplace Support Engineers and Analysts and coordinates with regional IT Operations, central IT functions, and outsourced partners. The manager may also act as a regional or global lead for specific service or technology domains to promote standardization and drive innovation.
