The IT Site Specialist serves as the sole on-site IT representative responsible for maintaining the reliability and security of local infrastructure, networks, and systems at the Samsung Research Herzliya location. This role combines hands-on user support with technical ownership, ensuring full alignment with global corporate standards while supporting the specialized R&D environment. The specialist operates independently but collaborates closely with the central IT team to manage infrastructure, user access, and cybersecurity policies.

Responsibilities

Maintain on-site IT infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
Provide primary technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, equipment provisioning, and access control
Enforce cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with global standards
