IT Site Support

This onsite role provides hands-on IT support for an active AV conference room refresh project at the Oak Brook facility, involving hardware installation and device configuration across approximately 40 rooms. The position requires troubleshooting AV and network connectivity issues while managing IT support tickets to ensure all equipment remains operational. The role also involves supporting end users with laptops, desktops, printers, and AV equipment in collaboration with the network and local support teams.
