IT Specialist

The IT Specialist provides day-to-day technology support for restaurant, airport, and corporate operations, troubleshooting POS systems, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure minimal operational downtime. This role serves as the primary liaison between store managers and third-party technology vendors, coordinating troubleshooting, device deployments, and upgrades. The position also supports store openings, technology roll-out projects, and user training on technology systems and procedures.
