About this role

The IT Senior Systems Support Specialist is a hands-on engineer within the Information Technology organization responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s corporate IT infrastructure and endpoint environment. This role supports a virtual-first workplace, ensures uninterrupted access to IT resources for over 1000 end users, and contributes to infrastructure projects while mentoring junior team members. The position requires strong technical expertise across Mac and Windows platforms, device management, imaging, and patching solutions, and works with stakeholders and vendors as needed.
