The IT Supervisor supports the day-to-day technology needs of the hotel, ensuring systems, hardware, networks, and technology operations remain reliable, secure, and efficient. This hands‑on role provides technical support to hotel staff, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages equipment, and coordinates with vendors and corporate IT resources.
